Royal Decree-Law 11/2020 establishes a series of measures for housing developments
in view of the situation created by COVID-19, including the possibility for the tenant to
request an extraordinary extension of six months in duration provided that their contracts
end during the State of Alarm, their extensions and until May 9, 2021.
