Following the failure of the measures adopted by Royal Decree-Law 15/2020 of 21 April, new measures are approved in the new Royal Decree-Law 35/2020, from December 22, which in Chapter I (Arts. 1 to 6), states the "Extraordinary Measures aimed at leasing business premises", however it is frustrating that after the failure of Royal Decree-Law 15/2020, which did not prevent litigation at all, the same is insisted on or not even corrected or clarified some of the errors contained therein.
