ABSTRACT
In cases of marital crisis that inevitably end in divorce, the spouses can regulate their future family and economic relations by mutual agreement by submitting the so-called Regulatory Agreement (art. 777 of the Civil Procedure Act -LEC-) signed by both and which must be ratified in court in order to give it procedural value and executive force. But what if they do not ratify it judicially? What value does the signed Convention have? Is it ineffective? I will try to answer these and other questions in this brief study.
