Royal Decree-Law 11/2020, of the 31st of March, as the first aid measure in the rental of
habitual residence, provides in Article 1 the extraordinary suspension for a maximum period
of six months of eviction procedures and launches for vulnerable households without a
housing alternative. We must know the necessary budgets for its application, what the
procedural requirements are and the existence of landlords in a situation of vulnerability.
