The homeowners associations generate controversies for whose resolution the current legislation establishes various procedures. This work analyzes the most relevant elements of these procedures, because only by knowing them can effective judicial protection be obtained. It highlights the usefulness of order for payment procedure to claim Community quotas, the procedures and requirements for the rest of the procedures, the importance of requesting the pertinent precautionary measures and the need to take into account the deadlines for the exercise of the corresponding actions, considering the suspension of deadlines by COVID-19.
