Royal Decree-Law 11/2020, of 31 March, by which urgent complementary measures are adopted in the social and economic field to deal with the COVID-19, with entry into force on 2 April, for housing leases, as well as Royal Decree-Law 15/2020, of 21 April, of urgent complementary measures to support the economy and employment, for business premises leases, with entry into force on 23 April, provide for the tenant's requests to benefit from the measures for a moratorium on the payment of rent, within a given period.
